Hello! My name is Leslie Lee; Master Creator, RN, Beauty Guru and Entrepreneur.

Along with being a Registered Nurse, living in Southern Minnesota, I’m also an imperfect mom of four, a wife, and a recovering control freak. As a successful RN in the aesthetic industry, I have helped hundreds of patients bring their inward beauty outward through modern aesthetic techniques.
My success has brought questions, from both women and men, with a similar vision for their business: “How did you get started and how can I build my business with the same success?!”.
It comes down to two very important words: IMPACT and EDUCATION.
As an Aesthetician and RN, I am very fortunate to have been trained by some of the best providers in the world, and I want to share what I’ve learned with you. We’ve designed our three-part training course to first get your feet wet in this exciting and ever-changing industry. We explore what education to consider, how to use it to improve your skills, and how to grow your business in a meaningful way.
In subsequent training, our courses get to the heart of how to improve as a provider by growing your network and offering your patients the quality service they deserve.
Botox and cosmetic products do more than just improve the surface of your patient’s skin. It gives them the confidence to be their best self. My approach to the industry is to offer customized solutions that make my patients feel beautiful and confident without changing who they are and I want to show you how to do the same with your patients.
