Along with being a Registered Nurse, living in Southern Minnesota, I’m also an imperfect mom of four, a wife, and a recovering control freak. As a successful RN in the aesthetic industry, I have helped hundreds of patients bring their inward beauty outward through modern aesthetic techniques.

My success has brought questions, from both women and men, with a similar vision for their business: “How did you get started and how can I build my business with the same success?!”.

DAY 1: A Day in the Life of an Aesthetic Provider

You will spend the day shadowing one of our successful providers to learn different treatment techniques, patient interaction skills and business methods. You will witness, consulting, charting, rooming, treating and interacting with a highly skilled professional. This is a great way for you to enhance your aesthetic foundation.

DAY 2: It's All in the Details

You will spend the day learning the fundamental details of the entire patient experience with Leslie and a number of experts in various roles within the industry.

Assessment of the Face

Sterile Technique

DAY 3: A Day in the Life of a DIFFERENT Aesthetic Provider

Because we know how important it is to develop our OWN personal style and techniques, we want to give you more than one example of how that can look. You will be paired with a second experienced provider to allow you to compare various methods to assist you in creating your unique style.

DAY 4: Practice Makes Perfect

This day is all about filling in the blanks while filling in the patients you will treat. In other words, it is hands on with guidance, support and instruction from Leslie. You will assess, consult, make recommendations and then treat a number of models, just as you would a new patient in your own practice. Today is all about making sure you feel equipped to offer the best overall patient experience from start to finish.

DAY 5: Putting it All Together

This day will consist of helping you build upon what you've learned, identifying areas where you may request additional support or simply a day to ask any and all of the questions you may have after such a big week! We will cover additional information specifically pertaining to entrepreneurship and business building. Setting you up for success is our passion and our mission - and that will look a little different for everyone. This last day is truly YOUR day, where we are simply here to make this all come together for you. Upon conclusion, we will host a celebratory dinner in your honor and toast to your success!
